Cancellation Policy
If a confirmed booking is cancelled or modified between 120 to 72 hours prior to check in date a 50% fee will be charged on the advance payment received.
For any amendment made in arrival date less than 72 hours prior to arrival, 1 night retention will be charged.
If a confirmed booking is cancelled or modified later than 72 hours or in case of no-show 100percent of advance payment will be charged.
Reservation Policy
As per your booking request, we hold rooms as a tentative booking.
As per your booking request, we hold rooms as tentative booking up to 12 hours from time of request made. We operate on a FIRST COME FIRST BASES.
The booking is confirmed only after we receive a minimum of one night tariff per room as an advance in our bank account.
The advance payment received is a deposit for the only the last night before check out date. In case of an early check out, the advance payment will not be adjusted or refunded.
